Ingredients (for 5-6 skewers)
Cut the chicken breast into large cubes. Take a bag to freeze the food and fill it with the cubes of meat, pour in the yogurt, the juice of half a lemon, the spices, the onion slices, a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of oil. Close the bag and shake everything. Let it rest for an hour or two. Take the chicken back and put the cubes on the skewers, alternating with bay leaves. Cook on the hot grill or in the oven, turning from time to time.
Advice. Use this method to flavor the meat also for lamb, turkey or veal: it will be tastier and softer. Have fun substituting spices according to your children's tastes: try, for example, adding curry or sweet paprika of oriental inspiration.
