ingredients:
- 250g of sugar
- 250g butter
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons of yeast
- how much flour the dough absorbs (300g and up)
For the sugar paste:
- 450g of powdered sugar
- 5g gelatin (isinglass)
- 50g of glucose
- 30g of water
- dye to taste

Meanwhile, prepare the sugar paste and color it with the dyes you prefer. Soak the isinglass, then dissolve it together with the glucose in a saucepan over very low heat. Mix it with the icing sugar in a mixer to avoid lumps, color and roll out.
In this case we have chosen orange, black and green. For black, try using the dye on a brown paste, made for example with the addition of cocoa. It will be easier to achieve the desired gradation.
