Missing, now little, very little. One year of Lea. Time seems to have slipped quickly through the fingers, the memories that increase and each take a box, an image and a perfume. 12 months to get to know each other, learn to walk at a slower pace, distinguish her cry and her voice among those of many others, miss her, miss her early days. The first year is special. I knew this because it was the same with Alice. And this first birthday you feel like it was yours too.
I started thinking about the preparations for the party: few friends, grandparents and good things to eat. A menu that can also enjoy the pupetta: muffins and scones, light desserts, fruit and cake with candle number 1.
Speaking of cake, here is a perfect recipe for the little ones of the house: fruit-based, without butter, milk and sugar.
piesse: if you remove the egg (and add a couple of tablespoons of warm water), you can also use it for children under one year.
Ingredients (for a mini cake)
-
1 apple and 1 pear
-
1 jar of natural yogurt
-
2 tablespoons of 100% apple juice
-
1 egg
-
3 tablespoons of mild seed oil
-
2 tablespoons of agave syrup
-
lemon zest
-
pinch of cinnamon
-
150 g of 00 flour
-
100 g of rice flour
-
1/2 sachet of yeast
-
any white icing to decorate
Method
Peel the apple and pear, cut them into chunks and cook with a pinch of cinnamon and two tablespoons of apple juice in a covered saucepan. Switch off when they begin to soften. Mix the egg with the seed oil, add the yogurt and agave syrup. Add the cooked fruit, then the flours in which you have diluted the yeast. Fill a pan of about 15 cm with the dough, sprinkle with lemon zest and bake in the oven at 175 ° for 20-30 minutes.
Decorate with thinly sliced apple passed in lemon, and with any icing based on icing sugar and water.
