The recipe for making fruit popsicles at home

A beautiful healthy and fresh recipe, to prepare together with your child: home made fruit popsicles.

Ingredients (for 5-6 popsicles)

  • juice of 4 lemons

  • or 2 bananas

  • 300 g of strawberries

  • 80-90 g of sugar (about a tablespoon for a popsicle)

  • 200 ml of water


Dissolve the sugar in the water on the stove. Let the syrup cool. Wash and blend the strawberries and banana (you can blend them together or keep the fruits separate for two different flavors) with a drop of lemon juice, add the sugar syrup. Fill the popsicle molds with the smoothie.

Now the lemon popsicle. Add the sugar syrup (about half water and half lemon juice) to the lemon juice. Put the molds in the freezer for about a couple of hours.

Advice. To quickly peel the popsicles, just pass the molds under warm water and then extract the popsicle. In the absence of molds, what to do? Use coffee or water cups in disposable plastic or paper, inserting a wooden stick.
