This is why it is important to administer it every day "

Questions and answers

What is self-weaning?

Self-weaning (technically “complementary feeding on demand”) consists in putting the baby back at the center of weaning, relying on his innate capacity for self-regulation and trusting his skills.

Are there any foods that it is better to wait for him to taste due to the risk that they trigger allergies?

No. On the contrary: scientific societies today suggest introducing potentially allergenic foods such as egg white, for which it was once expected, at an early stage.
