Twenty-sixth week of pregnancy
The pregnancy has reached the seventh month and the baby begins to open his eyes. So in the next few weeks it will be completely normal to feel a lot more fatigued e goffe in the movements.
The pressure exerted by the uterus could also cause it backache and circulation problems, resulting in swelling on legs and feet and frequent cramps. This problem can worsen at night, with consequent worsening of the quality of rest, which however in this phase is essential for maintaining a good psychophysical state.

If this symptom persists over time, it is best to contact a doctor, as it could be a phenomenon related to a liver disease (quite rare) called cholestasis of pregnancy.
Other frequent symptoms can be:
- epistaxis (nosebleeds)

The research of albumin in the urine
Among the periodic tests to be carried out during a physiological pregnancy there is also that of the urine (already done and to be repeated between 24 and 27 weeks). urine research for proteins and, among these, of albumin.
It is a protein produced by the liver and normally found in the blood. It has the task of regulating the "oncotic pressure" which serves to ensure a correct distribution of fluids in the tissues and between the blood vessels. Hopefully it is not present in the urine, or in any case it is in small quantities. When it appears in significant quantities (albuminuria) it indicates that the kidneys are not performing their function well.
